STORY

Welcome to Minnick Red Cedar Works! I'm Keaton Minnick, the proud owner and operator of this small business. My passion for woodworking began with a hobby passed down from my grandpa, whose tools and lessons gave me inspiration of my own.

 

In 2014, I launched my business, working in the corner of my parent's basement. By 2017, I was able to build a shop for my projects. In 2021, we expanded the shop to accommodate more orders. Minnick Red Cedar Works has continued to grow from a dream into reality, thanks to all of your support.

At Minnick Red Cedar Works, my core values are God, Family, and Country. These values guide my work and connect me to the hunting community. I built my first deer pedestal in 2017, and it became clear that this industry was where I wanted to grow. The hunting community resonates with me, as it embodies honesty and integrity.

One of my favorite aspects of building deer pedestals is helping others recreate and preserve hunting memories. Each pedestal is not just a structure; it’s part of a story.
